We want you to be satisfied with JobTracker. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

1. Free Trial

JobTracker offers a free tier with limited features. We encourage you to try the free version before upgrading to ensure our service meets your needs.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your data will be retained and accessible with free tier limitations

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Accidental or duplicate charges
  • Service significantly different from what was advertised

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • Change of mind after using premium features
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Select "Refund Request" as the subject
  3. Include your registered email address
  4. Provide the reason for your refund request
  5. Include any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)

6. Refund Amount

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund of the subscription amount
  • Technical issues: Full or prorated refund based on usage
  • Duplicate charges: Full refund of duplicate amount

7. Payment Gateway Specific Terms

For Indian Customers (Razorpay)

  • Refunds are processed in INR to the original payment method
  • UPI refunds typically complete within 2-3 business days
  • Card refunds may take 5-7 business days

For International Customers (LemonSqueezy)

  • Refunds are processed in the original currency charged
  • Processing time depends on your bank/card provider
  • Currency conversion rates may differ from original purchase

8. Account Status After Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
  • Your data (resumes, applications) will be retained
  • Premium features will no longer be accessible
  • You can re-subscribe at any time
